Please allow 3–5 business days for orders to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided once an order has shipped. If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with resolving the issue.
